When I started, load screens were much shorter, I had almost no lag or stuttering. When I started my WOTC campaign, at first it seemed like a huge upgrade in terms of performance. The only thing I can think of trying is reinstalling the video driver. I played through the basic XCOM 2 campaign and found that it had long load times, lag, and stuttering. I verified the cache and reinstalled the game.

So yea, whenever I'm playing the game is slow during game play and especially during cut scenes, and this is on low settings.
